Collaborative Policy Setting Committee definition

Collaborative Policy Setting Committee means the joint committee composed of representatives of Mitotix and DuPont Merck described in Section 9.1 of this Agreement.

  • Accordingly, the Collaborative Policy Setting Committee shall no longer operate.

  • Members of the Collaborative Policy Setting Committee may be represented at any meeting by another member of the Collaborative Policy Setting Committee, or by a deputy.
