Collaborative Behaviours definition

Collaborative Behaviours means the behaviours required of each Party as set out in the Committed Behaviours Document; Committed Behaviours Document means the charter at Schedule 2 (Committed Behaviours Document) of this Collaboration Agreement; Commencement Date means the date of execution of this Collaboration Agreement;

Related to Collaborative Behaviours

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Collaboration means the communication and decision-making process among health care providers

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.
