  • Within sixty (60) days after receipt of each Collaboration Hit G2P Data Backpack containing a Preferred Mode of Use, Monsanto shall inform Evogene in writing of any Joint IP, if any, that Monsanto believes, at the relevant time, may reside in such Preferred Mode of Use.
