COLLABORATING/SUPERVISING PHYSICIAN definition
COLLABORATING/SUPERVISING PHYSICIAN means a physician member of the Medical Staff with clinical privileges, who has agreed to supervise, collaborate with, participate with, or function within a practice or collaborative agreement with, an APP and to accept responsibility for the actions of the APP while he or she is practicing in the Hospital.
