Cold storage employee definition
Cold storage employee means an employee who is employed in a room for longer than 30 minutes in the aggregate for the preparation and/or handling of meat, and the temperature of the room is reduced by artificial means to 7 degrees Celsius or less but not less than 0 degrees Celsius.
