Payments for Ancillary Services, Cold Starts and Warm Starts If Seller provides Ancillary Services, a Cold Start or a Warm Start requested by Purchaser in accordance with Clause 6, Purchaser shall pay to Seller the relevant Ancillary Services Charge, Cold Start Charge or Warm Start Charge calculated in accordance with Schedule 4.
