COIP definition

COIP means the Gitsegukla Band Conflict of Interest Policy, which is attached as Appendix 4, and which forms part of this Manual;
COIP means the Tobique First Nation Conflict of Interest Policy; (IN DEVELOPMENT- ONGOING) “COM” means the Tobique First Nation Community Operations Manual; (IN DEVELOPMENT- ONGOING)
COIP means the Ts’il Kaz Koh Conflict of Interest Policy;

Examples of COIP in a sentence

  • Executive’s incentive target expressed as a percentage of Base Salary for the COIP initially shall be Twenty-Five percent (25%), proportionately reduced as to any pro-rated performance period during which Executive is employed.

  • Executive’s incentive target expressed as a percentage of Base Salary for the COIP initially shall be Twenty percent (20%), proportionately reduced as to any pro-rated performance period during which Executive is employed.

  • Executive’s incentive target expressed as a percentage of Base Salary for the COIP initially shall be Forty percent (40%), proportionately reduced as to any pro-rated performance period during which Executive is employed.

  • Executive’s incentive target expressed as a percentage of Base Salary for the COIP initially shall be One Hundred percent (100%), proportionately reduced as to any pro-rated performance period during which Executive is employed.

  • Any pro rata COIP earned for 2018 shall be paid when 2018 COIP payments are generally made, which is anticipated to be February 2019.

  • The Borrower shall further ensure that KUKL implements the COIP within 12 months after the Effective Date.

  • Within 6 months after the Effective Date, the Borrower shall ensure that KUKL reviews its current corporate and organizational structure and prepare a corporate and organization implementation plan (COIP) satisfactory to ADB.

  • In the event the Executive is terminated without Cause (other than a CC Termination under paragraph 5.3 of this Agreement), the Executive will receive as termination compensation: (i) for a period of 18 months his Base Salary (as in effect on the Termination Date) plus bonus payable under COIP (based upon the incentive target percentage in effect on the Termination Date and assuming Company performance at 100% of target); and (ii) any vacation pay accrued through the Termination Date.

  • Executive’s incentive target expressed as a percentage of Base Salary for the COIP initially shall be Thirty percent (30%), proportionately reduced as to any pro-rated performance period during which Executive is employed.
