Examples of Cogentrix LP in a sentence

  • For purposes of calculating the Internal Rate of Return, the cash inflows and cash outflows to Cogentrix GP and Cogentrix LP shall consist solely of the following: Partner Contributions All contributions made by Cogentrix GP and Cogentrix LP will be reflected as a cash inflow as of the date such contribution was received by the Partnership.
