COE Administrator definition
COE Administrator means the person charged with the responsibility at any given time to perform the duties assigned to the COE Administrator as set forth in the Code and any other duties assigned in writing by the Adviser in connection with administration of the Code (other than those duties specifically assigned under the Code to the CCO). A person may be designated by the Adviser as the COE Administrator (or the CCO may serve as the COE Administrator). The COE Administrator may delegate certain functions as appropriate.
