Examples of Codeshare Commission in a sentence

  • The Operating Carrier shall credit the account of the Marketing Carrier for the aggregate Codeshare Commission for the billing period through the IATA Clearing House (the “Provisional Billing”); provided, however, that due to system limitations El Al will credit the Codeshare Commission calculated based on the Provisional Billing values (the “El Al Provisional Codeshare Commission”) to American one (1) month in arrears.

  • Provided, however, Seller may have utility service at the Property terminated in accordance with SECTION 8.5.

  • The Codeshare Commission will apply to all coupons issued for use on a Marketing Flight.
