Code Share Agreement definition

Code Share Agreement means an agreement or arrangement among two (2) or more air carriers or their Affiliates, permitting one (1) of the air carriers to use, in its marketing, reservations, ticketing, and operations, the other air carrier’s Designator Code.

Code Share Agreement means an agreement of the Borrower pursuant to which it is entitled to fly under another carrier's Designator Code.

Code Share Agreement has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.15.
