Code requirements definition

Code requirements means the eligibility standards established by the United States Internal Revenue Code for eligible deferred compensation plans, as now existing or amended or replaced. See 26 USC § 457 for Code requirements in effect upon adoption of this Plan.
Code requirements are defined in Attachment 1A to this Exhibit D.
Code requirements means the Code Requirements set out in Attachment 7.

Examples of Code requirements in a sentence

  • In the event of any conflicts between or among the Applicable Code Requirements, the more stringent shall govern.

  • All approvals and acceptances shall have been made pursuant to Applicable Code Requirements.

  • All labor, materials, equipment, services, permits, fees, licenses and taxes, and all other things necessary for Contractor to perform its obligations and complete the Project, including, without limitation, any changes or additions requested by City, in accordance with the Contract Documents and all Applicable Code Requirements.

  • Design Build Entity shall prepare the Drawings and Specifications and complete Construction Work in accordance with the OSFM’s interpretations of the Applicable Code Requirements, including previously published OSFM interpretations of the Applicable Code Requirements.

  • The Project Inspector shall have the authority to issue a Stop Work Order if the Project Inspector determines that Design Build Entity’s work violates the Construction Documents, any Applicable Code Requirements, any orders issued by Judicial Council, Judicial Council Representative, or Authority(ies) Having Jurisdiction, or any other provisions of the Contract Documents.

  • Design Build Entity shall comply with any Authority(ies) Having Jurisdiction requirements for additional testing based on their interpretation of Applicable Code Requirements.

  • Design Build Entity shall specify all tests and inspections that are required by the Applicable Code Requirements, Performance Criteria Documents, Contract Documents, and those that are necessary to Complete the Project consistent with the requirements of the Contract Documents.


More Definitions of Code requirements

Code requirements means, collectively, all fire sprinkler, seismic retrofit, and other building code requirements.
Code requirements means the statement in a law, ordinance or legally adopted reference which mandates or guides a particular action or procedure, or restricts a particular action or procedure.

Related to Code requirements

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Maintenance Requirements shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Safety Requirements means Prudent Electrical Practices, CPUC General Order No. 167, Contractor Safety Program Requirements, and all applicable requirements of Law, PG&E, the Utility Distribution Company, the Transmission Provider, Governmental Approvals, the CAISO, CARB, NERC and WECC.

  • Service Requirements means the specification that the Flexibility Services must be capable of meeting, as defined in Schedule 1;

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.
