Code orange means the reported error is having a material impact on Customer’s ability to access the Software Service that can be worked around or deferred for only a limited period of time.

Code orange announced over the intercom means that a bomb threat is in progress. If you receive a bomb threat over the phone, alert someone nearby but keep the person making the threat on the phone. Ask them where the bomb is located. Listen for background noises and any distinct accents and other such characteristics of the caller.
