Code of Safe Working Practices definition

Code of Safe Working Practices means the latest edition of “The Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seamen”, as published by the UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency;
Code of Safe Working Practices means the version of the publication entitled "Code of Safe Working Practices for Merchant Seamen" which is required at any time to be carried in Manx ships;
