Code of Behaviour definition

Code of Behaviour means the body of rules and regulations of the School as set out in the Code of Behaviour as may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. A copy of the current version of the Code of Behaviour is provided to each child on entry and is sent to parents with the Acceptance Form. Parents will be notified of subsequent changes to the rules;

  • If you cannot meet the school’s Expectations of Students, and follow the Code of Behaviour and School Standards: you do not fit into our school.

  • Disciplinary action may be implemented against the Student in line with the College’s Student Code of Behaviour and Discipline Policy (including suspension, detention and up to expulsion from the College if in the opinion of the Principal the Student is found to have breached the College policies or is found to have engaged in behaviour detrimental to the College, its staff or Students).

  • I/we agree that the College Rules, Code of Behaviour, Uniform Regulations and Policies may be altered or added to at any time.

  • The Current Fee Schedule, Parent Code of Conduct and Student Code of Behaviour and Discipline are available on the College website.

  • Except in the case of a decision made under the provisions of the Student Code of Behaviour (which has its own self-contained appeal procedures) if you are unhappy with any decision we make when exercising our rights under this Agreement, you may appeal that decision by writing to Student Accommodation Services, within 5 days of you being notified of the decision.
