Code holder definition

Code holder means an authorized operator who is the assignee of a full COC.
Code holder means any person who has entered into a Grower Agreement.

  • Octopus Holder means a user of an Octopus who may be an AAVS Account Holder or who has linked his/her Octopus to an AAVS Account in the name of one of his/her family members or friends;

  • FTR Holder means the PJM Member that has acquired and possesses an FTR.

  • Holder or Unit Holder means the investor for the time being entered in the Register as owner of a Unit including investors jointly so registered pursuant to the provisions of the Trust Deed.

  • Ticket Holder means any individual possessing, holding or using a Ticket, including (without limitation) the Ticket Purchaser or any person to whom the Ticket was issued or transferred;
