Code Amendment definition

Code Amendment means amendments to the SMC or other regulations, affecting the development of the Project adopted after January 4, 2019.
Code Amendment means the amendment to Issuer’s Code of Regulations granting Issuer’s Board of Directors the authority to fix the number of the members of the Board of Directors, without deviation, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
