COD Software definition

COD Software means remotely enabled incremental software capacity or features.

Examples of COD Software in a sentence

  • Such inspection or audit may occur at the time of enablement of any separately licenced Software feature or capability, such as incremental capacity for Exchange’s COD Software, and once each calendar year, upon three (3) business days notice to Customer from Exchange.

  • Customer agrees that Exchange may, at its discretion, electronically inspect and audit the configuration of Customer’s System configurations for compliance with the terms of this Agreement and, in particular this Software Licence as it relates to COD Software.

  • Such Software may only be enabled by Exchange and, as a condition of Exchange’s Software Licence in relation to COD Software, the Customer shall give Exchange remote, System-level access to the Customer’s System and products at a mutually agreeable time to enable such Software, the Customer may not enable such features and capacities, or attempt or permit any third party to do so.

  • As a condition of Avaya’s enablement of COD Software features and capabilities, Reseller agrees to require its customer to make available to Avaya or its authorized agent a remote system level access to customer’s equipment at a time mutually agreeable to both customer and Avaya.

  • Reseller will be solely responsible for ensuring that any hardware necessary to support the incremental software capacity or feature is ordered, sold and installed in Reseller’s customer’s Systems prior to Avaya’s enablement of COD Software features and capabilities.

Related to COD Software

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.
