COD Period definition

COD Period means, with respect to Project Debt with respect to a particular Project, the period commencing on the Conversion Date with respect to such Project Debt and ending on the Maturity Date for such Project Debt.

Examples of COD Period in a sentence

  • During Post COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, not later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the PMU a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the project including its compliance or otherwise with the maintenance requirements, the quantity of Solid Waste collected, processed & disposed and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the PMU.

  • During Post COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the AMC a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the maintenance requirements, the power bio gas generated, the quantity of MSW processed and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the AMC.

  • During Post COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the maintenance requirements, the quantity of C&D Waste collected and processed and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Authority.

  • During Post COD Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the PMU a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the maintenance requirements, the quantity of Solid Waste collected, processed (quantity of RDF etc.) & disposed and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the PMU.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Point 3.4, and except as provided in Point 13.5, the failure of the Commercial Operation Date to occur during the Initial Expected COD Period, during a Subsequent Expected COD Period or on the Day established in accordance with clause (a) or (i) above shall not give rise to any right or remedy of the Sellers.
