COD Payments definition

COD Payments means any payments or deposits made by any Loan Party to a third-party subsequent to the Petition Date and as required to be made by such third-party (i) in advance of the time period during which such payment or deposit is projected to be made on the Revised Cash Flow schedule of the Final Budget and would be included in the COD/Deposit Adjustments schedule of the Final Budget or (ii) in advance of the time such payment or deposit would have been required to be made by such Loan Party to a third-party in the ordinary course of business of such Loan Party as conducted prior to the Petition Date.

  • Deferred Payments means any severance pay or benefits to be paid or provided to Executive (or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries) pursuant to this Agreement and any other severance payments or separation benefits to be paid or provided to Executive (or Executive’s estate or beneficiaries), that in each case, when considered together, are considered deferred compensation under Section 409A.

  • Required Payments means each of the items described in (i) through (xii) of Section 3.4 of the Indenture.

  • Permitted Payments has the meaning specified in Section 7.06(b).
