COD Longstop Date definition

COD Longstop Date means December 31, 2022, which date shall not be subject to adjustment except pursuant to Sections 11.1(g) and 12.1(b);
COD Longstop Date means the date that is 180 Days after the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date; «ԿՇԱ Ծայրահեղ Ամսաթիվ» նշանակում է Նախատեսված Կոմերցիոն Շահագործման Ամսաթվից 180 Oր անց ընկած ամսաթիվը.

Examples of COD Longstop Date in a sentence

  • Each of the CC Longstop Date, Target COD, and COD Longstop Date will be extended for a reasonable period if an event of force majeure or a change in law delays Generator in the development or construction of the facility.

  • If FM delays the commencement of construction or the occurrence of commercial operation, then the CC Longstop Date, Target COD, and COD Longstop Date will be extended for such reasonable period of delay directly resulting from such FM event.
