COB Date definition

COB Date means the date that is the later of six (6) months after the date that Executive ceases to serve as Chairman of the Board of the Company or six (6) months after the CEO Date.

  • From the COB Date for the remaining term of this Agreement, Executive shall be paid at the annual minimum wage rate required by applicable California or federal regulations (presently $13,800 per annum) and his obligated services to the Company shall be limited to telephone conferences as mutually agreed upon.
