Coating category means a type of surface coating for which there is a separate emission limit specified in these rules.

Examples of Coating category in a sentence

  • CARB alleged PLZ violated the Aerosol Coating Regulation by selling, supplying, offering for sale, applying, or manufacturing for use in California, Sprayway Mirror Edge Sealant and Sprayway No-Fray Spray which contained a toxic compound, trichloroethylene, prohibited in the Clear Coating category; as outlined in Notice of Violation CP21-03-07.
