Coal Yard definition

Coal Yard has the meaning given to such term in the Coal Handling and Consulting Agreement.
Coal Yard means the coal storage areas located on the Site and designated by Coal Consultant from time-to-time (in its sole discretion) for use in the storage of coal on the Site.

  • At the end of each month or upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, if Producer’s Inventory is greater than the Producer Inventory Level, Generator shall purchase from Producer, and Producer shall sell to Generator, Coal owned by Producer in the Coal stockpile in the Coal Yard, at the Coal Price, in an amount sufficient to reduce Producer’s Inventory to the Producer Inventory Level.

  • The second shift for Coal Yard employees and Shift Maintenance employees shall be from 0700 hours to 1500 hours, and those hours shall not carry a shift differential.

Related to Coal Yard

  • Coal preparation plant means a facility where coal is crushed, screened, sized, cleaned, dried, or otherwise prepared and loaded for transit to a consuming facility. “Coal preparation plant associated areas” means the coal preparation plant yards, immediate access roads, coal refuse piles, and coal storage piles and facilities. “Coal preparation plant water circuit means all pipes, channels, basins, tanks, and all other structures and equipment that convey, contain, treat, or process any water that is used in coal preparation processes within a coal preparation plant.

  • Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Basal area means the effective surface area available to transmit the treated effluent from the filter media in a mound system into the in-situ receiving soils. The perimeter is measured at the interface of the imported fill material and in-situ soil. On sloping sites, only the area down-gradient from the up-slope edge of the distribution media may be included in this calculation.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Uppermost aquifer means the geologic formation nearest the natural ground surface that is an aquifer, as well as lower aquifers that are hydraulically interconnected with this aquifer within the facility's property boundary.
