The Coach shall have the status of a self-employed person and shall be responsible for all tax liabilities arising in connection with the provision of the Services including but not limited to liability for the payment of income tax and national insurance in respect of the Fee and the Coaching Fee.
Coaching fee: The Club shall pay the Coaching Fee stated in Part 1 plus GST in equal fortnightly instalments upon production by the Coach of a GST invoice showing the number of hours worked during the period covered by the invoice.

Client understands and agrees that if Client is late to any such scheduled meeting or telephone call, Coach will do her best to accommodate such lateness if time permits, however such lateness may cause any scheduled meeting or telephone call to be shortened or cancelled at Coach’s sole discretion, and such lateness shall not result in a reduction in the Coaching Fee or refund of all or any part of the Coaching Fee.
The Coach shall not be entitled to receive any Coaching Fee for any session which does not take place.

Expenses: in addition to the Coaching Fee the Club shall reimburse the Coach for any expenses incurred by the Coach with the prior approval of the Club.
