  • The Coach shall have the status of a self-employed person and shall be responsible for all tax liabilities arising in connection with the provision of the Services including but not limited to liability for the payment of income tax and national insurance in respect of the Fee and the Coaching Fee.

  • The Coach shall not be entitled to receive any Coaching Fee for any session which does not take place.

  • GRSC will pay the GRSC Coaching Fee to the Coach as follows; amount shown does not reflect tax withholdings: Number of Payments (Maxium Number is five).

  • Expenses: in addition to the Coaching Fee the Club shall reimburse the Coach for any expenses incurred by the Coach with the prior approval of the Club.

  • The Coaching Fee is $ 3000 per person, unless we discussed your situation differently.
