By renewing Your subscription to the Services, You accept the Agreement version that is presented at Our Website 60 days prior to an upcoming Co-Terminus Date.
All User subscriptions purchased by You shall automatically renew for additional periods of one year, unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 45 days before an upcoming Co-Terminus Date.
