Co-Plaintiffs definition
Co-Plaintiffs means the States of Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia; the Commonwealths of Kentucky and Virginia; the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality; and the Maricopa County Air Quality Department;
Co-Plaintiffs means the State of Louisiana, the State of Ohio, and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality.
Co-Plaintiffs means the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and the State of Wisconsin.
