If Licensor does not object to any proposed Co-Marketer within ten Business Days following receipt of all information requested pursuant to the preceding sentence, Licensor shall be deemed to have approved the proposed Co-Marketer.
The right under this Section 3.3 is a right to co-market the Authorized Services with the services or products of an approved Co-Marketer and in no event shall this Section 3.3 be interpreted to expand the scope of the Authorized Services that may be offered and sold under the Licensed Marks.
