Co-Located Facility means marihuana businesses holding 2 or more types of state operating licenses under the MRTMA and MMFLA operating within a single location.
Co-Located Facility means an industrial activity other than mineral mining operating on a site where the primary industrial activity is mineral mining. Such an activity must have wastewater characteristics similar to those of the mineral mine and be located within the permitted mining area. The term refers to activities that are commonly found at mining sites such as manufacturing of ready-mix concrete (SIC Code 3273), concrete block and pipe products (SIC Codes 3271 and 3272), and asphalt paving materials (SIC Code 2951). It does not include except asphalt emulsion manufacturing or any other activity. It does not mean industrial activity that is specifically excluded from this permit.

  • In so doing, the other party shall not materially impact the operations at the granting party’s portion of the Co-Located Facility and shall pay the granting party reasonable utility costs upon presentation of an itemized invoice by the granting party.

  • The parties agree that entry upon the granting party’s portion of any Co-Located Facility shall be limited to the extent necessary for the performance of the activities herein described and no other purpose.

  • Each of Pfizer and the Company, as applicable, shall adopt such reasonable alterations and shall ensure that the construction or redevelopment activities do not materially disrupt, and have no material impacts on, the other party’s operations or the other party’s conduct of Remedial Actions at a Co-Located Facility.
