CO-LICENSE definition

CO-LICENSE means a license grant to LICENSEE under BOARD’s rights, provided that BOARD may, in addition to the license granted to LICENSEE under Section 3.1, grant only one additional license for rights covered thereby to one third party with whom UTMDACC is in ongoing negotiations for such license as of the EFFECTIVE DATE, provided that such additional license is executed within one (1) year after the EFFECTIVE DATE.
CO-LICENSE means a crane operator license granted by the CO Chief Inspector to an individual to authorize the license holder to perform the type of regulated work covered in the class of the license and specified in the terms and conditions of the license.
