Co-Lead Managers means Investec Bank plc, Nomura International plc and RBC
Co-Lead Managers means the joint lead managers under the bookbuilding process in connection with the offering of the Convertible Bonds, namely Mizuho International plc, MUFG Securities EMEA plc and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited;

  • The Investment Adviser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless each Co-Lead Manager and its respective officers, directors, agents and employees against any loss or expense arising out of or in connection with such Co-Lead Manager's performance under this Additional Compensation Agreement.

  • Joint Lead Managers means, together, (i) the Joint Lead Managers for the Hong Kong Branch USD Notes, (ii) the Joint Lead Managers for the Singapore Branch USD Notes, (iii) the Joint Lead Managers for the CNY Notes and (iv) the Joint Lead Managers for the EUR Notes;
