Co-Inventors definition

Co-Inventors means the individuals whose names are specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 hereof.

  • The issuance of Amendment Shares to ▇▇▇▇ shall be made pursuant to, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the Subscription Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit B, and the issuance of Amendment Shares to the Co-Inventors (as defined below) shall be made pursuant to, and subject to the terms and conditions of, separate written agreements mutually acceptable to ▇▇▇▇▇ and each of the Co-Inventors.

  • Where appropriate, the provisions of this Article shall apply to all Co-Inventors or Authors mutatis mutandis in accordance with the agreed-upon division of Article 27.23.
