Co-Funder definition

Co-Funder means any other organisation, institution, body, association (unincorporated or otherwise) or corporation which co-funds any part of the Funding under this Contract whether through or together with Grantor;

  • This LOA may not be modified, amended or supplemented, including by conflicting or additional terms in any purchase order or other ancillary document issued by Co-Funder in connection with this LOA, nor may any term or provision in this LOA be waived or discharged, including this Paragraph, except in a written amendment to this LOA, signed by all parties.

  • In this Annex 3 in the case that the research directly creating an Intellectual Property Right was funded wholly by a Co-Funder, in relation to such Intellectual Property Right each reference to AHDB shall be read as a reference to that Co- Funder and AHDB shall have the rights of a Co-Funder.

  • Such Co-Funder shall seek and respect AHDB’s determination of the scope of ‘EU Results’ under Condition 15.2.1.

  • WRF will provide each Co-Funder with one copy of the Final Report in PDF form.
