Co-disposal definition
Co-disposal means the disposal of two or more different types of waste in the same solid waste disposal unit.
Co-disposal means the disposal of non-hazardous industrial wastes together with mixed municipal solid waste at a waste facility.
Co-disposal means the disposal of non-hazardous industrial solid waste together with MSW or demolition waste at a solid waste facility, as approved by the MPCA and deemed acceptable by the Department.
