Co-Commercialize definition

Co-Commercialize or “Co-Commercialization” shall mean the act of Co-Promoting in a Co-Commercialization Country.
Co-Commercialize or “Co-Commercialization” means, with respect to a Product, conducting activities to market and sell such Product, including: · field force detailing Products to Lipid Specialists; · providing input on medical affairs communications; · providing input on marketing materials and strategy; · participating in field force trainings; and · participating in Novartis presence at medical meetings and congresses.
Co-Commercialize or “Co-Commercialization Activities” means with respect to any Co-Commercialized Licensed Product, the joint Detailing of such Co-Commercialized Licensed Product in the Co-Commercialization Territory using a coordinated sales force consisting of representatives of both Parties.

More Definitions of Co-Commercialize

Co-Commercialize or CO-COMMERCIALIZATION” shall mean (a) co-promotion meaning that each co-promoting PARTY promotes sales of the same product under the same trademark and revenues are shared based on the relative contributions of both PARTIES, (b) if the co-promotion activities described in (a) are commercially impractical or illegal in a particular country, or if the PARTIES so agree, then CO-COMMERCIALIZATION shall mean co-marketing, meaning that each co-marketing PARTY performs marketing of the same product under different trademarks for its own account, (c) if the PARTIES so agree, MERCK KGAA marketing a PRODUCT alone on a country-by-country basis, or (d) any other joint promotion, or marketing arrangement with respect to a PRODUCT, and (e) if MERCK KGAA elects to CO-COMMERCIALIZE pursuant to Section 5.3.1, co-development whereby the PARTIES share in development costs, whether by funding or by sharing in development activities.
Co-Commercialize means Neurocrine's option to co-commercialize Collaboration Products in the U.S. as set forth in Section 6.3.
Co-Commercialize or "Co-Commercialization" shall mean Co-Branding and Co-Promoting, as defined in this Article I.

Related to Co-Commercialize

  • Commercialize or “Commercialization” means the marketing, promotion, sale (and offer for sale or contract to sell), distribution, importation or other commercial exploitation (including pricing and reimbursement activities) for a Product in the Territory. Commercialization shall include commercial activities conducted in preparation for Product launch.

  • Commercializing means to engage in Commercialization and “Commercialized” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Commercialise means to promote, market, distribute, sell and/or otherwise commercialise a product, and Commercialising and Commercialisation shall be construed accordingly;

  • Commercialized shall have corresponding meanings.

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Product Candidate means any pharmaceutical product developed, manufactured and/or tested by or on behalf of the Company that has not received a Regulatory Authorization for commercial distribution other than in connection with pre-clinical or clinical trials.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.
