Co-Bookrunner definition

Co-Bookrunner has the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Co-Bookrunner means each of ▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Securities LLC, Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Sachs Bank USA.
