CNY Account definition

CNY Account means any CNY account approved, opened by and maintained with CUP under the name of the Cardholder for the purposes of recording debits and credits in CNY in respect of usage of the Card under this Agreement;
CNY Account means any CNY account opened and maintained by the Bank for the purposes of recording debits and credits in CNY in respect of usage of the Card under this Agreement.
CNY Account means any CNY account opened by and maintained with the Company under the name of the Cardholder for the purposes of recording debts and the credits in CNY in respect of usage of the Card under this Agreement; "CUP'' means UnionPay International Company Limited, a joint stock limited liability company incorporated in the People’s Republic of China with headquarters in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China;

Examples of CNY Account in a sentence

  • Any excess payment in settlement of HKD Account shall not be used to settle outstanding balance in CNY Account.

  • All fees, charges and interests incurred in CNY will be posted to the CNY Account.

  • The Cardholder shall settle the HKD Account and the CNY Account separately.

  • Any excess payment towards settlement of the HKD Account will not be automatically credited by the Bank towards settlement of the CNY Account or vice versa.

  • If payment is made in HKD towards the CNY Account, the amount will be converted at the exchange rate set on the date when the Bank FRQ¿UPV UHFHLSW RI SD\PHQW DQG WKHQ FUHGLWHG WR WKH &1< $FFRXQW.

  • If payment is made in HKD towards the CNY Account, the amount will be converted at the exchange rate set on the date when the Bank confirms receipt of payment and then credited to the CNY Account.

  • For a Credit Balance in the CNY Account, the Company has sole discretion to refund you either in HKD (converted from CNY at a rate of exchange determined by the Company) or CNY and in such manner and at such locations in Hong Kong as the Company may determine.

  • Any excess payment in settlement of HKD Account shall not be used to settle outstanding balance in CNY Account and vice versa subject to Clause 5.12.

  • All payments into or credit made to either the HKD Account or the CNY Account will be applied by the Company in accordance with Clause 5.10 and if the payment is in excess of the outstanding balance of the Charges in respect of the applicable Account, such excess shall not be used to settle outstanding balance of the other Account denominated in different currency.

CNY Account means any CNY account opened by and maintained with the Company under the name of the Cardholder for the purposes of recording debits and credits in CNY in respect of usage of the Dual Currency Card under this Agreement;
CNY Account means any CNY account opened by and Company may issue one or more Additional Cards to the Additional Cardholders nominated by such Main Cardholder.
