• Each of CEI and CNX may appoint alternate members, including one or more alternate CNX Reps in the case of CEI and one or more alternate CNX Reps in the case of CNX, who may act without notice to the other Parties when regular members are not available.

CNX means the mean absorbance value of Negative control wells and the "CPx" means the mean absorbance value of Positive control wells. These wells are defined in the plate map setting. The cutoff is done with the Positive and Negative value to the absorbance value of each well.
