  • If the Sellers do not object to the Accountants' CNWC Report, or if the Purchaser agrees to accept the Sellers' adjustments to the Accountants' CNWC Report, then the Purchase Price shall be recalculated based on such adjustments and the Sellers and/or the Shareholder shall pay such amount in immediately available funds to the Purchaser within five (5) business days following such failure to object or such acceptance, respectively.
