CNV Shares definition

CNV Shares means the 10,489,899,564 (ten billion four hundred and eighty nine million eight hundred and ninety nine thousand five hundred and sixty four) convertible non-voting shares of EUR0.32 (thirty-two cent) each in the capital of the Bank having the rights set out in the Articles of Association;
CNV Shares means convertible non-voting shares in the Bank of EUR0.32 each.

  • For the purpose of securing this right to the CNV Shareholders, the Company shall procure that any change made by the Company to the ordinary share capital of the Company (including, but not limited to, a sub-division, consolidation, reorganisation, bonus or other capitalisation issue) is also made to the CNV share capital of the Company, and that the CNV Shares are granted the same protection from dilution as the Ordinary Shares, so that one CNV Share is at all times convertible into one Ordinary Share.
