CNTS has the meaning set forth in Section 12.6(a) of this Agreement.

  • The CNTS granted by each Enterprise in favor of the Company and its Covered Persons shall be effective for so long as such Enterprise remains a Member and shall terminate when it ceases to be a Member, provided, that such CNTS shall continue in perpetuity with respect to all Patent Rights owned or controlled by such grantor Enterprise on or prior to the date on which it ceased to be a Member (and including without limitation future patents and patent applications claiming priority to the foregoing).
