CNTA Baskets definition

CNTA Baskets means the baskets under the Indentures equal to 10% of Consolidated Net Tangible Assets under which obligations and Indebtedness (as defined in the Indentures) not otherwise permitted by Section 3.3 of the Crompton Indenture and Section 1008 of the Witco Indenture are permitted to be secured and sale and leaseback transactions not otherwise permitted by Section 3.4 of the Crompton Indenture and Section 1009 of the Witco Indenture are permitted to be entered into without the ratable securing of the Company's obligations under the Indentures.
