CNTA Basket definition

CNTA Basket means the basket under the “Restrictions on Secured Debt” covenant in the 2017 Indenture for CNTA Covered Indebtedness, in an aggregate amount for all CNTA Covered Indebtedness not to exceed the CNTA Limit.
CNTA Basket means, at any time, the greater of (i) 10% of Consolidated Net Tangible Assets as of the Designated Date and (ii) any larger amount of obligations permitted to be incurred and secured by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Existing Senior Notes Indenture without the requirement to equally and ratably secure any of the Existing Senior Notes.

Related to CNTA Basket

  • Creation Basket means the minimum number of Limited Units of a Fund that may be created at any one time, which shall be 200,000 or such greater or lesser number as the Managing Owner may determine from time to time for each Fund.

  • Fixed Basket means any Basket that is subject to a fixed-dollar limit and (y) “Non-Fixed Basket” shall mean any Basket that is subject to compliance with a financial ratio or test (including Total Net Leverage Ratio) or based on a percentage of Consolidated EBITDA or total assets.

  • Redemption Basket means the minimum number of Limited Units of a Fund that may be redeemed pursuant to Section 7.1, which shall be the number of Limited Units of such Fund constituting a Creation Basket on the relevant Redemption Order Date.

  • Casket means a rigid container which is designed for the encasement of human remains and which is usually constructed of wood, metal, fiberglass, plastic, or like material and ornamented and lined with fabric.

  • Basket has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04(a).
