CNST definition

CNST means the Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts, as administered by NHSLA or other Customer’s scheme which is analogous to this scheme in any jurisdiction other than England;
CNST means the Clinical Negligence Scheme for Trusts, as administered by NHS Litigation Authority or other Customer’s scheme which is analogous to this scheme in any jurisdiction other than England; "Commencement Date" means the date set out in paragraph 1 of Part 1A/ Order Form (Relationship Agreement) agreed by the Parties In Writing on which the Contract comes into force; "Commercially Sensitive Information" means the Confidential information listed paragraph 21 (Confidential Information) of the Part 1A / Order Form (Relationship Agreement) (if any) comprising of a commercially sensitive information relating to the Supplier, its IPR or its business or which the Supplier has indicated to the Customer that, if disclosed by the Customer, would cause the Supplier significant commercial disadvantage or material financial loss; "Confidential Information" means the Customer's Confidential Information and/or the Supplier's Confidential Information;
