CNSS definition

CNSS means the Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale, the social security entity established by the Recipient’s law 39/72, dated November 12, 1973 (as revised by law 2001/016, dated November 29, 2001), covering private-sector employees and public-sector employees without the status of civil servants.
CNSS means Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale, the Borrower’s social security agency established and operating pursuant to law No 004/65 dated February 8, 1965 of the laws of the Borrower;
CNSS means the Borrower’s National Social Security Fund;

  • If a Participant loses its status as a DTC Participant or NSCC member, or its eligibility to participate in the CNSS, the Participant shall promptly notify the Distributor in writing of the change in status or eligibility.

  • As CNSS is a substantial shareholder of the Company, it is regarded as a connected person of the Company under the Listing Rules.

  • CNSS, the A shares of which are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, is principally engaged in software and IT product development and systems integration in the sectors of railway, communication, aviation, taxation and military.

  • If the Participant loses its status as a DTC Participant or NSCC member, or its eligibility to participate in the CNSS, the Participant shall promptly notify the Distributor in writing of the change in status and this Agreement shall immediately become voidable by the Trust.

  • In addition, for those specific projects that require classified electronic information processing, servicing agency will follow the CNSS policy, directives, instructions, and guidance.
