CNRA definition

CNRA means the Recipient’s entity responsible for agronomic research.
CNRA means the Recipient’s Conseil National de la Recherche Agronomique created and operating pursuant to the provisions of the Recipient’s Decree no. 2007-258/PRN/MDA dated July 19, 2007, which is responsible for coordinating agriculture research institutions in the Recipient’s territory and for hosting competitive research grants.
