CNR Contracts has the meaning given to “Contracts” in the subscription agreement entered into between CNR and the Issuer dated the date of this Agreement (the “CNR Subscription Agreement”) and “CNR Transaction Documents” has the meaning given to “Transaction Documents” in the CNR Subscription Agreement.
