CNLS definition

CNLS means Comité National de Lutte contre le SIDA, the Recipient’s national committee to fight against HIV/AIDS, established and operating pursuant to the Recipient’s Decree No. 01-032 dated January 26, 2001.
CNLS means the Conseil National de Lutte contre le SIDA, the Recipient’s National Council for the Fight against HIV/AIDS, established and operating pursuant to the Recipient’s Decree No. 2002/368 dated November 30, 2002 (the “CNLS Decree”);

  • To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Component 1 of the Project through CNLS TS, Component 2 of the project through the Ministry of Health, Component 3 of the project through the Ministry of Education and Component 4 of the project through the Ministry of Planning in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.

  • Support coordination, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation, through the financing of operational costs, studies, equipment, technical assistance for CNLS Technical Secretariat and the decentralized coordinating committees at the prefecture level and studies of the National Program against HIV/AIDS.

  • Eventually, the approximately 80 community-level health agents in Kibuye who had been previously trained by the CNLS or PNSR, together with some COSA members, will also be trained in C-IMCI, also through UNICEF support.

CNLS means Conseil national de lutte contre le SIDA, established by Decree of the Recipient No. 2002-113/PRN/MSP/LCE, dated May 7, 2002, the Recipient’s council for policy guidance of activities to be carried out under the STI/HIV/AIDS National Framework and the Project;
CNLS means Conseil National de Lutte contre le SIDA, the Borrower’s National Council for the Fight against HIV/AIDS, placed under the Presidency and composed of high-level Government Officials and representatives of the civil society, in charge of providing general orientations for the Program and overseeing its implementation, and established and operating pursuant to the Borrower’s Decree No. 100/032 dated March 1, 2002, amending the Borrower’s Decree No.100/015 dated February 4, 2002, as the same may be amended from time to time, including all its branches at provincial, communal and local level such as CPLSs, COCOLSs and CLSs (as hereinafter defined);
CNLS means Comité National de Lutte contre le SIDA, the Borrower’s national committee to fight against HIV/AIDS, established and operating pursuant to the Borrower’s Decree No. 01-032 dated January 26, 2001;
CNLS means the Conseil National de Lutte contre le SIDA, the National AIDS Committee;

  • General Partners means all such Persons.

  • Equity Member means (a) each entity with a direct interest in the Proposer (whether as a member, partner, joint venture member, or otherwise), (b) each entity proposed to have a direct interest in Developer (whether as a member, partner, joint venture member, or otherwise), and (c) each entity that will have an indirect interest in the Proposer or Developer through one or more intermediaries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Proposer is a publicly traded company, shareholders with less than a 10% interest in the Proposer shall not be considered Equity Members.

  • Managing Member is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • New Members As Defined By the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 (PEPRA)

  • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.
