To this end, the Recipient shall carry out Component 1 of the Project through CNLS TS, Component 2 of the project through the Ministry of Health, Component 3 of the project through the Ministry of Education and Component 4 of the project through the Ministry of Planning in accordance with the provisions of Article IV of the General Conditions.
