CN Licence definition

CN Licence means the licence dated July 18, 1996 between Canadian Niagara Hotels Inc., 1032514 Ontario Limited and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ International Inc., OLG (formerly Ontario Casino Corporation) and Maple Leaf Entertainment Inc., as such licence has been amended, extended, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time, a copy of which has been made available to the Service Provider in the Data Room as of the Original Execution Date.
