CMSA REPORTS definition

CMSA REPORTS means the Restricted Servicer Reports and the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, collectively.
CMSA REPORTS means the Restricted Servicer Reports and the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, collectively, as the forms thereof are modified, expanded or otherwise changed from time to time by the CMSA. With respect to new reports created and approved by the CMSA, such new reports will be used in this transaction (provided, however, that insofar as any such new report requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the current CMSA reports, such new report is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable) and the Depositor shall direct the Trustee as to whether such reports will be Restricted Servicer Reports or Unrestricted Servicer Reports. The Trustee shall provide the Master Servicer and Special Servicer with a copy of such direction within two Business Days after its receipt. In the case of each Mortgaged Property securing a Co-op Mortgage Loan, the respective files and reports comprising the CMSA Reports shall present the Projected Net Cash Flow for such Mortgaged Property and the Debt Service Coverage Ratio for such Co-op Mortgage Loan, as such terms apply to residential cooperative properties, if and to the extent that such file or report requires preparation and/or submission of data concerning net cash flow or debt service coverage.
CMSA REPORTS means the Comparative Financial Status Report, Delinquent Loan Status Report, Servicer Watchlist, Loan Level Reserve Report, NOI Adjustment Worksheet, Operating Statement Analysis Report, Loan Periodic Update File, Property File, and Financial File, all as part of the standard forms developed by the CMSA as they may be updated, modified or expanded from time to time, the initial forms of which are set forth in Exhibit I attached hereto, together with such additional CMSA reports as may be adopted by the CMSA in the future from time to time.

More Definitions of CMSA REPORTS

CMSA REPORTS means the Restricted Servicer Reports and the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, collectively, as the forms thereof are modified, expanded or otherwise changed from time to time by the CMSA. CMSA REPORTS means the following reports in CMSA format (as in effect on the date hereof) in, and containing substantially the information contemplated by, the forms attached hereto as part of Exhibit W prepared by the Master Servicer (combining reports in such forms prepared by the Master Servicer and Special Servicer (with respect to Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans and REO Properties)): (A)(i) a Comparative Financial Status Report; (ii) an NOI Adjustment Worksheet; (iii) without duplication with Section 8.14, an Operating Statement Analysis Report, (iv) subject to Section 8.11(h), a Servicer Watch List, (v) a Property File, (vi) a Loan Set-Up File (with respect to initial Distribution Date only), (vii) a Loan Periodic Update File; and (B) the following supplemental reports: (i) a Delinquent Loan Status Report, (ii) an Historical Loan Modification Report, (ii) and Historical Liquidation Report and (iv) an REO Status Report.
CMSA REPORTS. With respect to the Mortgage Loans, data files which contain the information substantially in the forms of the CMSA Investor Reporting Package attached as Exhibits X-0, X-00 xxx X-00, as the same may be modified by the CMSA from time to time.
CMSA REPORTS. Reports substantially in the forms of the CMSA standard reporting package inclusive of the CMSA Loan Setup, the CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, the CMSA Property File and the CMSA Financial File, attached as Exhibits X-0, X-00, X-00 and O-12, respectively, as the same may be modified from time to time, as may be reasonably required to implement such modified forms.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, Chief Executive Office State and the Borrower State and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Ines Krause, Church & Trought Inc, and dated July 2, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Monthly Reports shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.16(b) of the Indenture.

  • CMSA REO Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Collateral Reports means the reports with respect to the Collateral referred to in Annex F.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Parent Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(a).

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.

  • Evaluation Report means that document which becomes a part of the employee's personnel file. The Librarian Final Evaluation Report (Short Form) is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Appendix J. The Educational Support Staff Evaluation Report (Long Form) is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Appendix K. The Librarian Evaluation Report (Long Form) is attached to and made a part of this Agreement as Appendix L.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Final Report means the final report summarizing the outcomes of the Project, to be completed by the Applicant in the standard form no later than thirty (30) days after the Project Completion Date. The Final Report must provide accounting for all Project revenues and expenses, and include a concise summary of what the project has achieved, and compare the outcomes and performance of the Project with reference to the desired outcomes specified by Alberta Innovates, and the desired Project outcomes as stated in the Application and in this Investment Agreement;

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Company’s Reports means (a) audited financial statements of the Company included in the SEC Reports for the years ended December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019; (b) unaudited financial statements of the Company included in the SEC Reports for the period ended March 31, 2021; and (c) the Company’s reports for the period ended June 30, 2020 and the year ended December 31, 2020 as filed with the FRB as required by regulations of the FRB.

  • Rapidly report means within 72 hours of discovery of any cyber incident.

  • Geotechnical report means a scientific study or evaluation conducted by a qualified expert that includes a description of the ground and surface hydrology and geology, the affected land form and its susceptibility to mass wasting, erosion, and other geologic hazards or processes, conclusions and recommendations regarding the effect of the proposed development on geologic conditions, the adequacy of the site to be developed, the impacts of the proposed development, alternative approaches to the proposed development, and measures to mitigate potential site-specific and cumulative geological and hydrological impacts of the proposed development, including the potential adverse impacts to adjacent and down-current properties. Geotechnical reports shall conform to accepted technical standards and must be prepared by qualified professional engineers or geologists who have professional expertise about the regional and local shoreline geology and processes.

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.
